1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Losers Revenge (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of an eligible US state to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Model

Losers Revenge operates as a sweepstakes gaming platform. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Gold Coins (GC) are virtual currency with no cash value and may only be used for gameplay. Sweep Coins (SC) may be redeemed for prizes subject to the terms herein and applicable law.

The Platform is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to residents of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Virtual Currency

Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or prizes. Sweep Coins may be redeemed for prizes at the rate of 1 SC = $0.01 USD, subject to eligibility verification, identity verification (KYC), and minimum redemption thresholds. We reserve the right to modify currency values, award amounts, and redemption terms at any time.

5. Purchases, Merchant of Record & Refunds

Losers Revenge, Inc. is the merchant of record for all Gold Coin purchases made on the Platform and will appear as such on your card or bank statement. Card payments are processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor; we never receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and all sales are final at the time of purchase.

Because Gold Coins are delivered to your account immediately and the accompanying Sweep Coins are provided free of charge, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@losersrevenge.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of associated balances pending review.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. Players may set purchase limits, session time limits, and activate cool-off or self-exclusion periods at any time via account settings. For problem gambling resources, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Platform. Collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

8. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Losers Revenge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
