3. Information Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with regulatory authorities and law enforcement as required by law, and with the service providers (“sub-processors”) below, each operating under a data processing agreement and only as needed to provide the Platform:

• Identity verification & fraud prevention — our KYC/AML provider, to verify your identity and meet regulatory obligations.
• Payment processing — our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor, to process purchases and prize payouts.
• Cloud hosting & infrastructure — our hosting provider, to operate and secure the Platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your account and as required by applicable law — typically a minimum of 5 years following account closure for financial records and 7 years for tax records.

5. Your Rights (CCPA / California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We process your personal information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (including KYC/AML), and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure Platform.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our systems.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to improve Platform performance. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or limit us to essential cookies only; analytics cookies are never set unless you opt in.
