1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding CA, CT, ID, IN, LA, ME, MI, MT, NJ, NV, NY, TN, and WA) who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Losers Revenge and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Obtain Sweep Coins
Sweep Coins may be obtained in the following ways:
- With purchase: Certain Gold Coin packages include bonus Sweep Coins at no additional charge.
- Free play (AMOE): Submit a written request via the free entry form to receive Sweep Coins by mail request, at no cost.
- Promotions: Sweep Coins may be awarded through promotional campaigns, referral programs, and daily login bonuses.
3. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To obtain Sweep Coins without purchase, complete the online AMOE form with your full name, email address, and US mailing address. Limit one (1) AMOE request per person per calendar month. Allow 4–6 weeks for processing. AMOE requests from ineligible states will not be fulfilled.
4. Sweep Coin Value and Redemption
Sweep Coins have a redemption value of $0.01 USD per SC. Minimum redemption: 100 SC ($1.00 USD). Maximum redemption is subject to applicable limits per applicable law and platform policy. Redemptions require completion of identity verification (KYC Level 2) and are subject to applicable tax withholding.
Sweep Coins obtained through bonus grants may be subject to wagering requirements prior to redemption. Forfeiture of bonus Sweep Coins may be required before redeeming real Sweep Coins.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, the specific game played, and the player's skill level. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel within the Platform. No game outcome is predetermined outside of the applicable RNG-certified game mechanics.
6. Sweep Coin Expiration
Sweep Coins expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Players will be notified by email before expiration. Expired Sweep Coins may be subject to escheatment under applicable state unclaimed property laws.
7. Tax Obligations
Prize redemptions may be subject to federal and state income tax. Redemptions exceeding $600 in a calendar year will result in IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting. Individual jackpot prizes of $1,200 or more are subject to IRS Form W-2G reporting and potential federal withholding. Players are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes received.
8. Disputes
All decisions by Losers Revenge are final and binding. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. By participating, you agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis.
